This Content Usage Agreement applies to text, images, illustrations, photos, data, information or other content relating to our products that you have shared on third party platforms or websites (such as Instagram, Facebook or Twitter) and about which we contact you ('the Content').
If you agree to the use of the Content under the terms below, we request that you respond with #jaBehangNL to our messages via your social media account. Please ensure that your response is posted within the same conversation or message exchange, without any additional terms or additions (responses with additional text will be considered a rejection). This confirms your agreement to our terms of use as set out below. Please note that an authorised service provider may contact you on our behalf.

Licensing and warranties to behang.nl
By responding with #jabehangnl:
a) you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or have the permission of a parent or guardian to accept this Agreement;
b) warrant that the Content is your original creation, not copied from others, or that you have obtained the necessary rights to use the Content as described;
c) grant to behang.nl and its partners a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use, adapt, copy, display, publish and distribute the Content, in any formats and through any channels, including but not limited to our website and social media platforms, for communication, marketing or other commercial purposes;
d) you allow behang.nl and its partners to use your username or social media nickname in connection with the Content, for the same purposes as stated above;
e) warrant that the Content does not infringe the rights of any third party;
f) you waive all moral rights in the Content.
You acknowledge that we are not obligated to publish the Content and that it may be removed at any time. You agree not to receive compensation for use of the Content, but appreciate the attribution of your social media username as the source. If you decide to remove the Content from the platform on which it was originally posted, our license will remain in effect.
Applicable law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
